The third generation of restaurateurs, Uziel grew-up learning how to prepare Italian meals from family recipes that have been passed down through the ages and have been enjoyed on three continents. His Nana and Papa migrated from Italy to Brazil and opened a trattoria '“Terra Nostra'”, using only the freshest ingredients from the family'’s farm. When Uziel was eight years old, he made his first pizza and 10 years later he came to the United States where he sought a profession in his family'’s area of expertise, the hospitality industry. He opened his own restaurant in 2000 after working at many restaurants in Greater Boston. Blossoming from a successful pizzeria, Victoria'’s is now a restaurant with a separate lunch menu and it is the only restaurant in Westwood with a full service bar. The restaurant'’s take-out business is now complimented by a selection of Italian delicacies prepared by the finest of chefs.
